K2.0 is seeking a full-time Finance and Administration Manager to join our organization.

The person we hire will work closely with K2.0 Director and Project Managers to ensure that all financial and administrative procedures are effective, transparent, and in line with regulations. You’ll also collaborate with the rest of the staff to support smooth organizational processes and compliance with K2.0’s policies and donor requirements.

Position: Finance and Administration Manager
Hours: 40 hours per week (Full time)
Location: Prishtina

Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintain the financial records of the organization and oversee budgets;
  • Ensure contracts for procurement are in full conformity with applicable laws and internal regulations;
  • Prepare project budgets in liaison with the Program Manager and Director, and oversee the financial side of project implementation;
  • Prepare donor financial reports and assist with funding applications;
  • Coordinate between Director, Project Managers, and partner/funding organizations regarding financial matters;
  • Manage organizational bookkeeping in line with the Law on Accounting, Financial Reporting and Auditing;
  • Oversee payroll, petty cash, and inventory management;
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of tax forms, tax balances, and other required reports to TAK;
  • Maintain the organization’s archives and filing systems in compliance with laws and donor requirements;
  • Enforce organizational policies and procedures relating to finance and administration;
  • Coordinate and support audits (project-specific and organizational);
  • Oversee office administration, logistics, and internal operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization.

Required skills and experience:

 

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
  • 3–6 years of professional experience in finance and administration management, ideally in the NGO sector;
  • Strong knowledge of consolidation, group reporting, and accounting standards;
  • Experience working in multi-currency, multi-entity environments;
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage processes independently;
  • Proven experience in office administration and operations management;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments;
  • Fluency in English is required;
  • Experience working with QuickBooks.
